Tools to better manage chronic conditions

Adult Rehabilitation
Jade brings experience from working in subacute hospital and community settings, supporting adults recovering from multi-trauma injuries, including amputations. She is passionate about helping clients regain their functional independence and reintegrate into everyday life—a journey she finds both meaningful and inspiring. Jade also finds great fulfillment in working with older adults, whose determination to maintain independence is truly unmatched.

Neurological Physiotherapy
Jade has extensive experience in adult neurological rehabilitation, supporting clients across both subacute and community settings. At My Body Lab, the focus is on collaborative, client-centered care aimed at enhancing functional ability, independence, and overall wellbeing. Rehabilitation services cover a range of acquired and degenerative neurological conditions, including spinal cord injuries (SCI), brain injuries, motor neurone disease (MND), multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease (PD), and stroke.

Musckuloskeletal
Jade combines her passion for yoga and a deep understanding of the human body to support clients in actively managing their recovery from musculoskeletal injuries. She began her physiotherapy career in private practice, where she developed a strong foundation in movement-based rehabilitation.
Jade has a particular interest in working with postnatal women, guiding them through recovery after pregnancy and birth. Having experienced this journey herself, she offers both clinical expertise and genuine empathy in helping women regain strength, confidence, and function.

Please note: Internal pelvic examinations are not offered. For these assessments, we recommend consulting a qualified Women’s Health Physiotherapist.
